Hi Friends,
When I'm using the brush tool and control clicking to bring up my library the program crashes. I am able to call up the menu - but crash when I select a new brush. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
Best,
Josh

Sure @Nym_001 when we look up your account, we see personal as well as a few enterprise ones. If you launch your CCD app you can log out of that current Adobe ID account and log in with another... that is what we were talking about. They might be trials but we asked to see if it was an account issue or the beta app issue.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thanks for the reply Cory!

I'm not aware of having multiple Adobe ID accounts or how to switch between them - Can you please elaborate or phrase this a different way?

This issue does not happen in the general release (25.0.0). After deleting the beta settings folder, and launching photoshop the way you have described I still crash the program when I follow the same steps as outlined previously.

Hi @Nym_001 does this happen with all of your Adobe ID accounts? Do you see the same issue with the general release of Ps, 25.0, or just here in beta?

Testing here and it is working as expected.

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)

/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)
C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings )Win)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
