Can no longer drag files into photoshop from windows explorer

This only recently started happening after the last beta update. I tried updating windows and restarting but now help. I can manually open images still by double clicking or using the file menu.

Well now the next day after a reboot it's doing it again. Have to downgrade and upgrade to fix again I guess.

Well after downgrading it nags me to update since it's been 5 weeks between updates. I went back to 25.4 and I can still drag photos in so I'm happy with that.
