Can not open Photoshop Beta

My Creative Client does only show Illustrator Beta. And after a long search I finally found the install button on adobe.com and it brought me back zu the cloud and showed me Photoshop Beta - frist steps. But when I click on the button nothing happens.

This is very frustrating, can somebody help me?

@Kristina38449624815p what Mac computer and OS are you running? The beta won't show if your computer does not support it.

Hi Kristina,

Here's a solution:

1. Restart the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check for Photoshop Beta updates.

2. Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
3. Check your internet connection and make sure your firewall/antivirus isn’t blocking the download.
4. Contact Adobe Support if the issue persists.

These steps should help resolve the problem.
