Can't move layers around

I am on Chrome Linux, cannot reorder layers by dragging layers up or down.

LOL are you saying that Linux isn't supported? Everything else works, for now I will use keyboard bindings.

There has never been a version of Photoshop for Linux. Here are the system requirements for macOS and Windows:

Yes, I don't care about the desktop version. I am just reporting the bug I experienced.
