Cannot choose layer options when layer close to bottom of window

I tried to duplicate a layer that was at the bottom of the window. I only got the first two options and could not scroll to expose the other options.

Hi @mbnmd are you talking about Ps beta on desktop or Ps web, you have both options selected?

Could you share screenshots of your workspace so we can see what you are seeing?
