Cant open on create files

Photoshop Beta, won't let me create new files, and when you open any file it says can't open due to a system error.

    Hi @grantb68999221 first, let's make sure you have the latset Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.1.0 20231003.m.2350 465661e x64. To make sure you have this version, open CCD and click on apps, check for updates and then install the latest.

     

    Next, are you able to open this .psd file you show in your video in Ps release version, 25.0? Is this only a Ps beta issue or on both beta and release?

     

    It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
