CC Not allowing me to update to newest Photoshop beta version

@Julia Verea try logging out of CCD, restart your computer, log back in to CCD and click on Check for updates in the upper right, does this work?

Are you behind a VPN? We have heard from customers that turning off VPN is then allowing the update.

Hi @Julia Verea uninstall the beta you have currently running, restart your Mac and check the Creative Cloud app again.
