Commercial Usage Generative AI

Hey! So the new generative AI is super nice, but Im a bit confused regarding the commercial terms.

It says that its not allowed to use for commercial usage, but I've seen hundreds of yt videos showcasing the functions.

Am I allowed to use the function for my own youtube thumbnails since I dont sell them?
