Commercial use Photoshop Beta - can we use now?

Hi,

I created some basic images (telephone, bath etc.) using the Photoshop Beta version - this was in Nov/Dec last year. I know previously these weren't allowed to be used for commercial use, but now I've seen the rule that:

"Outputs from generative AI features without the beta label can be used commercially. Outputs from generative AI beta features can be used commercially unless otherwise designated in the product or elsewhere, but these outputs are not eligible for indemnification while in beta."

So can I use those images now or not?
