constrain crop not operating

I use the plugin Camera Raw (version 16.3.0.1866)

"Constrain Crop " is not operating any more.

How to make it work again?

I do wonder why something I pay, something that is beeing use by millions of people can be so full of bugs.

The worst is that when it work on some points they decide to destroy it...
