Copyright in PS beta AI commercial use legal question

Question

I didn't realize at first one could not use PS Beta AI for commercial work. So, I did a bunch of work for hours on end that is now a giant waste of time I guess.

My question, to an Adobe employee that knows for sure on this, as I don't want legal problems. If I have "beta" generative layers in my image, and then later use PS final version to build on top of those layers using the beta imagery as my building pattern, then will I be okay?

Or, is having any beta imagery even layered under new PS final versions going to get me in hot water? In other words, do I just have to start new files completely from scatch to avoid any issues?

Also, how long typically is the journey from beta to final release? Weeks, months?

@Deven15D5 no one here will give you a finite legal answer but this has been asked over the years. ANY work done using beta software cannot be used for commerical use. Layered into new PS, etc. does not matter.

Your best course of action is to avoid using beta if you have this serious level of concern regarding commercial work.

Also there is no set timeline of migration from Beta to General Releases.
