Create background behind a cut-out object using Generative Fill

Has anyone found an easy way to create a background behind an object? For example, I took a shot of a car, cut it out, put it on a new layer. Now I want to create a scenic view behind it and draw realistic shadows from the car. Using Generative Fill of'course.

@Peter Pokrovsky

Generative Fill is in beta currently, so I've moved your post from Photoshop to Photoshop Beta for you.
