Custom filters making isn't working in blend mode and not allowed to add Styles

Hello,

No mode on a layer will show color over another layer, for example paint bucketing a color on a layer above. Newest build: 24.7.0. Weird. I was able to custom patterns, but not allowed to add styles (even though it let me a group).
