My Internet connection is at good speed (about 50MBPS). But my files from creative cloud take hours together, for example 106MB file needs 2 hours of time. I am facing this issues for last 2 days.

Is this always the case @Harsha25000844klir?

Were other things downloading at the time? Or perhaps HD streaming app tabs open and running at the same time?

Are other people sharing your internet connection that might be taking bandwidth?

Do other files take this amount of time to download normally?

Hi @Harsha25000844klir, sorry to hear you are having issues.  First, have you had this issue before, when did you notice it first? Can you open ANY files from your CC library or are all of them taking a long time.

 

It might be good to go over the system requirements for Ps on the web to make sure you are in compliance with them:
