DynamicLink Media Server is not available

I am on a Win 11 PC with very high specs. 
Using the latest version of Ps all is OK. 
If I use the latest beta and try and open a jpg image, that opens OK in the 'normal' Ps, I get the error in the title of this post.

    For the record the problem went away after several day, I can only assume Adobe did something 😉
