Edit in Photoshop

Hello. I'm trying to use the edit in (function) in Lightroom. 

Typically, I could select edit in and it would pull up the photo in photoshop.

But, now it only opens Photoshop but no image. 

Any suggestions?

I've uninstalled and tried to reinstall but it doesn't fix the issue.
