Me too, since I updated to version 25, this error message appears. I tried it on the white screen and it works fine, but it gives the same error message on the photos.
And when I used the internet on my mobile phone as a hotspot, it worked without any problem.
I don't know where the problem is, but it is very annoying

If you are using VPN, turn it off and see if the issue persists, also, try a different network, ie home or work or coffee shop, and see if the network is an issue.

Thank you all, curious if you see the same error if your selection are not tight and specific but lose and general? If you drag a rectangle around the sky and some of the wall, do you still get the same issue @valerie30416545jf2v ?

same error and same problem for everything i try ?
