erro carga pagina para ejecutar Photoshop beta IA

Me compre photoshop para probar la beta IA y me da error en la pagina al ejecutarlo llevo varios dias asi.
¿que es lo que pasa?

    Download the latest beta and see if this solves this. You may have to uninstall the beta first to see the new version available.
