Error al inicial PS

Hola, cuando doy para abrir PS me sale el siguiente mensaje "Este archivo de expresión facial tiene errores o está dañado" Alguien me puede ayudar?

    Please try going to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews. Check the “Older GPU mode” checkbox and restart Photoshop.  If that doesn't work, try going to Edit > Preferences > Performance and unchecking, “Use Graphics Processor” and restarting. Thank you.

    This error happens every time I open PS, not when opening an image.
    My operating system is windows 10 version 22H2
    My PS version is the latest PS 2024.
    At first it worked fine and then this problem appeared.

      Hi Maria.

      Does this happen every time you open Photoshop, or only when you try to open an image in Photoshop?

      If it happens when opening an image, does it happen with all image files, or just one in particular?

       

      What version of Photoshop is this?  

      Has the issue existed ever since you installed this Photoshop version, or has it worked OK in the past, and developed the issue?

       

      What operating system are you using, and which version?

        I installed Photoshop Beta 25.2 this morning after receiving an update alert. There were no issues with the installation. However, when I opened the latest version, I got the error message, “This Face Expression file is bad or corrupted.”

         

        Everything is working smoothly, however, based on limited use. Nonetheless, I wanted to ask if this should be of concern and if there is a way to address it, as it pops up every time I launch the program.

          The issue went away for me after receiving another upgrade alert - albeit it was for the 25.2 build again, not a new 25.3 version. Whatever changes were made, they worked. I'm no longer seeing the error message.
