extremely annoying message coming up again

Most recent beta  26.7.0. it reapperas 
( it was gone before that ) 
I have see it 10 000 times 

so extremly PIA - any suggestions how to make it go away - 
And no- I dont want to remove my dear collection of colro swatches 
( i dont care about Pantone - RGB is fine )
