File auto save is not working

Was removing a background of a 6mg file, not too bug and was making refinements to the mask, said it was all saved but crashed and did not save all the work. Disappointing.

Hi @Ludovica25624985q2vm sorry to hear this. What browser are you using and what computer OS?

 

Make sure you computer and browser are setup for Ps on the web:

What error message did you see or anything before the crash? Can you reproduce this same crash with the same file?
