Question

file export bug to illustrator

I notice a problem exporting files containing transparency on the beta version of Photoshop. Whether it is copying and pasting a simple layer to illustrator, or importing a .tif, or .psd file, the message "unreadable file." Appears. If the image is flattened, there is no error.

For compatibility issues with other software we have to use illustrator CC2019. This problem does not occur on the Illustrator 2023 version.

I only have this problem on the beta version, because on the CC 2019 version it works correctly.

This problem appeared after an update of the beta version it seems, because at the beginning I had no problems.

Hi @thierry31573136chp0 do you have the same issue with Ps release version of just beta?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
