It's happening for everyone. The image keeps slipping on the banana peel.

A solution I came up with was to rasterize the generative layer (with the Nano Banana result), then select both layers (the original image and the Nano Banana result), go to Edit > Auto-Align Layers, choose Auto and click OK. Then just mask in the Nano Banana edit. You may need to trim away any transparent edges if Nano Banana reframed the shot.

You'll need to give way more information than that to get a meaningful answer.

What image did you start with?
What did you select?

What prompt did you use?

Did you try other models?

Yes. Pfa of my attachment. As you can see Flux Generative AI was able to maintain the original position of input whereas Gemini nano banana changes the positon and face details eventhough the result is better. Would like to know why nano banana is offset in position and is distorted.
