Generate AI is not working. error message pops up every time.

Hi @megan_9476 what is the message you see? Do you get the same message on Ps release version, or just Ps beta?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
