Generative AI "A Problem Occurred, Please Try Again"

I've been using photoshop all morning, specifically the generative AI feature and it's been working great. As of 15 minutes ago it simply stopped. I installed the newest update, restarted my pc, and tried several tests with new files and simple promps like 'beach' or 'grass', etc. Nothing. I get the same error every time. Is there an issue right now with this feature?

    And it seems to be working again now. Must have been some sort of interruption in cloud services.

    I have the same issue here on July 18... What can we do to make it come back?
