generative AI has stopped working

Hello,

Generative AI was working just fine. I was using it extensively. Then, all of a sudden, it just stopped. I hit "generate image" and nothing happens at all.

I'm working on an iMac with a Intel Core i5 processor and MacOS 13.6.7.

Thanks for getting back to me! And I think I found the problem. I'm guessing it was just a scratch disc issue. Once I changed to my external drive, things have worked again.

Could that be a red herring? If you switch the scratch back, does it stop working again? I'm just wondering if it's a coincidence that you switched it, and perhaps something else changed around the same time.

I'm still strugging to get this working on my desktop. Works fine on my laptop, but the generative features are greyed out on my desktop.

Hi @MJT1957 a couple things to try... make sure you internet connection has not been disconnected. Also, does GenAI work on your Ps release version and is it just Ps beta that is not working?

It can happen that the GenAI servers have issues and if you try in a few minutes later things are fine, but let us know what you find out with the questions above.
