Generative AI not showing up in version 25.3 beta version

@Scarlette5F8E few things to check.

1. You have an image open.

2. The contextual task bar is showing (Check PS/Window menu/Contextual task bar at the bottom is checked)

3. You've made a selection.

I ran into the same issue with the new update. This may work for you and I can't explain why it worked for me but I used a rectangular marquee to select a very small area of the file and then the floating generative AI bar appeared.

I was also getting an error when I initially used the remove tool but after I selected the area with the marquee tool and removed the selected area with the floating generative AI bar, the remove tool started to work again. I then went back into my history and clicked on the original opened file.
