Generative AI not Working

Hello,

 

My generative AI in Photoshop Beta has stopped working and only provides this very non-specific error message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the ctrl+shift+alt while opening method and that rendered Photoshop unsable. Uninstall, reinstall again. I've also been working with IT for a week so I don't believe it's an issue on our end. Has anyone solved for this?

    Hi @Holly22154394l38x do you see the same issue with the release version of Ps.... or does this only happen with Ps beta?

     

    You say you have been working with IT, so are you on an enterprise account, is anyone else having this issue or just your machine?

     

    It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

    I cannot get the generative ai to work on Ps or Ps Beta. So far I'm the only one who's reported any issue.

    I have primarily used Ps and only downloaded Beta when I ran into this issue, so I'll provide my Ps System info. Let me know if you'd also like the Beta.
