Hi @moei3806636263tx it appears that your subscription has ended at the end of 2024.  Please log in to Ps with an active subscription and let us know if you still have this issue.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

The windows firewall can sometimes interfere with communications necessary for Gen AI to work. On you computer, try temporarily turning off the firewall or resetting it to the default configuration, and see if that resolves the problem.
