Generative expand using a reference image

I would like to expand the first picture by 30mm on the right and 30mm on the upper edge using generative expand, ands using the second image as a reference. Is this possible?

I have the Beta Photoshop but the reference image only seems to work with specific items rather then whole areas of an image.
