Generative Fill

I think the problem is M1 mac processor, becouse generative fill on my MacBook Air Intel processor early 2015 Photoshop Beta works perfectly. On my MacBook Pro 2022 M1 there is noway to fix it, the generative fill window is grey and not active since PS beta was released. 

Can I ask if someone of the community  have the same problem? I changed my date account on community profile without solutions.
