Generative fill

Suddenly I can't use Generative fill, it's inactive. It has worked before. Tried to find where I fill in my social security number to show I'm over 18, but can't find it in my adobe account either.

    Please make sure you have updated to the latest Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.7.0 20230628.m.2223 0770f83 x64, and see if this solves this issue.
