generative fill age problem

so i just bought the photography pack that includes ps and lr. i also tried the new generative fill but it said that im not 18 yet but within next month i will be 18. when i search for a solution it said that i need to change the dob and so i did it but when i restart the ps beta it stills pop the same thing that telling me i cant use generative fill yet. does that means even after i change my dob it still counts as July 2005? and by that time this year will i be able to use the generative fill? thanks
