Generative Fill Age Restrictions [removed?]

When I tried to use the Generative Fill, I was told that only people with the age 18 or above can use this feature. I am 17 and turning 18 in August which I am apparently 'too' young for this. I don't know why such these restrictions are made, like from which aspect? I was told that the restirctions will be removed in the future. What's the point of having it anyway?

    well I was actually told by the customers support that the restrictions will be removed in the future. I think this is sort of official word

    Adobe does not announce what they will do in the future. If and when they change their policy, it will be announced by the Photoshop team to all.
