It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

OK, so greyed out so unavailable so you wouldn't get any error messages.  

You need to confirm that you had a raster (pixel) layer selected, and that you had an active selection — as in you could see the martching ants?   If all of the above is true then it is most likely an issue with the Adobe servers being overloaded.  What sort of account do you have? (i.e. single app, Photography, all apps?) That's going to make a difference in the near future with preference going to all app users if I am understanding things right.  It might make a difference according to the country you are in.  

Check out the FAQ to see if there any clues there.  If not, you might have to be patient I am afraid.  It ocurrs to me that Firefly was overloading the servers when first available causing patchy connections.  We have just had MAX that will have stired things up again.

Can you see the Generative Fill prompt?  I am talking about the Contextual Task Bar that shows Gen Fill when you have an active selection, and a pixel layer selected.

Are you able to click on it but get error messages, and if so, what are those messages?

You mentioned Behance and your usewr name is Junior, so are you 18 years old or older?

Have you been able to add your age in Behance?

Whaty operating system and version? What Photoshop version?
