Generative fill dont work

For me 27.0 not starting without to restart my pc( just stack on spalsh screen image

Yes, I'm talking about the beta version. I just updated to the latest beta version 27 and nothing. It doesn't do anything. I select with a lasso and then generative fill, and the bar runs for a couple of seconds and does nothing. I'd like to inform you that I have the standard Firefly subscription activated

Hi @raulg33668490 this is the Ps Beta forum, are you talking about Ps Beta or Ps release version?

Ps Beta 26.9 was released on June 8th of 2025, we are now on Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.0.0 20250917.m.3229 0fc6b13 arm64 (beta, PublicBeta) We want to make sure we understand where you are seeing this issue.

IF you are seeing this issue on Ps Beta, do you NOT see it on Ps release version?  

You can always check: https://status.adobe.com/ to see if there are server issues that could be effecting your workflow.

I've been using version 26.9 for a month now without any issues. Is it necessary to update to version 27?
I'm not aware that Adobe requires the latest version for credits to work, right?
