Generative Fill error "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request"

Hi team, 

My Generative Fill suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago, after performing perfectly before this point. It gives this error: 

I get the same error for Generative expand.

However Generate Image does work. 

I am a CC user with Photoshop Beta v 25.11 & Photoshop 25.9.1
