Generative Fill in Photoshop Beta LATEST Stopped Working

Hello All,

I have been unable to use Generative Fill with Photoshop Beta Latest Update.

I create a canvas rectangle shape, import a square photo to the center, flatten all layers, use the masking tool

to rope off the LH blank area, hit generative fill, all it does now is create a white square *(does nothing).

What's wrong?

I also paid for a standard subscription to Firefly.

I need HELP!
