'Generative Fill' is continually blocking results incorrectly

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but as of the last few days, it seems like Generative Fill is constantly blocking results. Before it happened every so often, but now it's happening almost every single time. Perhaps it has something to do with the latest update? Has anyone else been experiencing the same problem?

Yes, things as harmless as "brown spiritual beads" and "flowers". What is going on?

This has happened hundreds of time with simple things like "sun", "turtle", etc. No NSFW or copyright / trademark issues, so super annoyed and confused, ready to jump on alternatives.
