Generative fill is not working

Generative fill is not working, I have the latest beta app, it is not working even after I tried the older version.

The option is not grayed out for me, it is enabled. But after I typed something, it starts processing then there is no generative graphics. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried the older version, I tried signout from Behance, and I tried signout from the creative cloud, after trying all these options still I couldn't use the generative fill option. please assist somebody to sort this issue out.
