Generative Fill is not working

Do you know why generative fill is not working to me? It appear as loading but after the loading bar is complete the generative layer dose not appear and nothing happen. I just paid a subscription checked the 30 days trial option. This might be a reason?

Photoshop does not have a 30-day trial. Did you subscribe from Adobe or from another site?

Same thing happen to me, it taking soo much time but server error at the end.
I have disabled my window defender firewall.
