Generative fill not working

Generative fill is not shopwing up afetr I make a selection. I reinstalled the beta, butit is still not workign. I'm on an M2 chip.

So I have deleted it and reinstalled. Creative cloud says the Beta is up to date, but still no generative fill.

Kevin, where do I find the specific build number? It's not in about Photoshop. All it says in about Phtooshop is version 24.6.0.

Hi @defaultdu9xvbcsf5kk 24.6 is the base 20230524 or later has generative fill.

I get the little floating contextual menu, but generative fill is not an option. Do I have to enable it somewhere?

I'm running 24.6.0.

Hi @defaultdu9xvbcsf5kk download the latest beta and see if this solves this. You may have to uninstall the beta first to see the new version available.
