Generative Fill not Working ob PS Beta

When trying to use Photoshop Beta Generative fill , I remain getting the message, "Something went wrong" or The network is full, try later" after updating my birthdate and Tech support troubleshooting my settings,  computer has been restarted and the application has been unistalled and then re-installed. We have tried a previous version and were unsuccessful.
