Generative Fill & Overlays

How can I layer an overlay over a generative fill layer. I added some fog to a photo, but it wont overlay the generative fill I inserted. See image.

How do I place the GF under the overlay?

HA! I figured it out. Just drag the "fog" layer up above the GF layers. I'm relatively new to PS.
