Generative Fill produces grey box

After typing a prompt into the Generative Fill box, the result appears as a greyed out box within the prompt dimentions. I have updated my computer, restarted it, updated Photoshop Beta, uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop Beta, deleted my prefrances within Beta and nothing has worked. Please help!
