Generative Fill "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again"

, I'll get the error:

"The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again" a few times and sometimes the results appeared after 5mins or more. Any idea what's the cause here or solution?

 

-Internet is running fine

-Had tried reinstall/upgrade/downgrade PS but not much difference

-Allowed firewall access for PS

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

This sounds like a firewall/network issue.

 

You mentioned that you allowed PS on your firewall. Do you mean on the local computer or the network firewall. The definitive list of domains that need to be permitted on a firewall is documented here: Domains to be allowed for Adobe apps & services to function correctly.
