Generative Fill Troubleshooting

I have generative fill available to use, it appears in Photoshop, I crop the image, expand the margins and click on Generate Fill. The program processes it and gives a message, "The resource is not available".

Can someone please help? The image shows the error, my program is in Portuguese.

After that the image goes back to what it was without any generated fill. Yes, I am connected in Internet.

I appreciate any help given.

Hi @Gabriel A. A.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Curious if you see the same issue with Ps release version with this file, or ONLY on Ps beta?

Thanks,

Cory - Photoshop Product Manager

Gen Fill/AI issues is rarely a software issue so reinstalling wouldnt help. 90% of the time its a network/connection issue.

Still cannot do it 😞

The firewall is completely deactivated now, and Photoshop is allowed through.

Same error. Unfortunately. Btw I also tried in other WiFi networks. Already uninstalled both Photoshop and Creative Cloud and installed both fresh.

@Gabriel A. A. I was able to get it to work without issue. Can you do any Gen Fill processes (try selecting the shirt and generating?) If not, it could be an issue with your connection. Check your Windows Defender settings to make sure Firefly and Adobe are allowed.

I am applying the generate fill here, directly on the image. I just select it, press Crop, Expand and click Generate Fill.
The program runs and around the middle of the loading bar it crashes and says "Resource not available". Then the image goes back to what it was originally.

@Gabriel A. A. are you cropping on the image layer or a blank layer?
