Generative fill very slow

Hello,

Generative fill responds very slowly if at all today.
Any idea what's going on ?

It take a couple of minutes or reports server error.

Generative fill is taking forever then times-out at the end of green progress bar. This is really annoying, as I'm on a client deadline and can't get it to work.

**UPDATE** I contacted Adobe Support. They were very helpful and fixed the problem. They removed and then reinstalled Photoshop and that did the trick. Seems like a windows update somehow blocked communication with Adobe servers.

Adobe has told me that they will monitor. It has been 2 weeks, so I guess it's their way of saying "sorry you are on your own".

It appears they don't care. The subscription is paid, and they continue to attract new customers by promoting the feature on their Instagram, even though it only works one out of five times.

They kept testing my patience by asking me to monitor for 5 days and schedule a call after that. I gave up after a few calls when nothing is resolved except asking me to monitor.

I'm having the same problem for a day. It used to take less than 1 minute. but now it can take even longer than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, my work is interrupted. What is the reason of this? I also cannot update in Creative Cloud.

Same here, it is Sunday here in France and I have been using generative fill all day, approx 15 seconds to generate and now at 18.28 it is taking around 5 minutes, why ?

Same here, something is definitely up with the generative fill function. It's been like this for over a week now.

Yes - the team actively monitors the forums and also the status. Normally this is just a temporary issue.

As @daniellei4510 mentioned - this is most likely a server issue on the host side not you.

My main issue is the slowness of the respones - the "." prompt is also slow.
Nobody else is experiencing this ?
It used to take about 15-20 seconds to generate. Now it takes a couple of minutes on my end.
