When in Google Chrome or Edge Browser the Beta Photoshop will freeze them after a few minutes.

But it does not do this in any beta photoshop.

Have you checked if you’re in incognito? Ps Web does not run in incognito.
Have you toggled this Chrome settings switch?
chrome://settings/cookies -
Set "Clear cookies and site-data when you close all windows to the ON position.
Open Ps Web,
Create a new file.
Have you tried in Microsoft Edge?
Have you checked the requirements to make sure you computer is up to date?
