The hand tool doesn't work. I cannot move to left or right, if my mouse doesn't have the scroll left-right function.

@h30754969r412 a few things to try:

  • Have you checked if you’re in incognito? Ps Web does not run in incognito.
  • Have you toggled this Chrome settings switch?
    chrome://settings/cookies -
    Set "Clear cookies and site-data when you close all windows to the ON position.
    Open Ps Web,
    Create a new file.
  • Have you tried in Microsoft Edge?
  • Have you checked the requirements to make sure you computer is up to date?

@CShubert

When I click and drag, the grabbing hand shows up, but the image won't move at all.
I tried to create a new document and save it on the cloud, the hand tool doesn't work as well.

I'm using latest version of Google Chrome on a Mac Pro 2019.

Ah, ok, thank you for the update. At this time, there is not a hand tool on Ps online like there is on Ps desktop, so that is why we asked and wanted to make sure.

So, on Ps online, if you hold the spacebar down you will see the hand tool and you can move the file around... is that what you are NOT able to do right now?

What mouse do you have, have you restarted your computer and tried in a new browser window, does the issue persist? Does this happen with all files you have tried to work with or just this one?
